Hot Cocoa Mix

 

 

 

Yield: 5 1/2 cups dry mix

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Dutch-process preferred
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Vanilla powder to taste

Directions:

To Make The Mix

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until evenly incorporated.

2. Press through a fine mesh sieve to remove any clumps.

3. Pour hot cocoa mix into an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.

To Make Hot Cocoa

Fill a mug half full with the hot cocoa mix and pour in hot water. Stir to combine. This also works great with warm milk.
